He is willing to do things for the team, yet has a sense of greed. He does not want to be outdone, and wants to do a job well. He doesn't take lightly to criticism, yet makes a good associate.

The inspiration for 'Matt Don's' character is Turkish from Snatch. He has the respect of others, yet some things may be too much of a risk, and he seeks a different solution. He is fairly clever, and has a soft side. He is fairly level-headed, and this is the image we had in mind for 'Matt Don'.

The inspiration for 'Big Jon' is Bricktop from Snatch. He is authoritative, and is the type of gritty, no-nonsense character we want in our film. He is the boss, and no-one messes with him. He strikes fear into other characters, and is interesting from an audience perspective. This is exactly what we want 'Big Jon' to do.
